What is Student Visit Badge?
After completing the Homestay Tour, students may submit surveys documenting their visit experience. Homestay that are visited by students are granted Student Visit Badge. The reviews by students are displayed on the public view of the homestay.

A student has left reviews to my homestay profile. How do I respond to such reviews?
Students who have completed a homestay tour or booked a stay can submit reviews based on their experiences.
Responding to reviews, whether positive or negative, is crucial for maintaining a good reputation and building trust with potential guests. When hosts reply to positive reviews, it demonstrates their appreciation for the feedback and reinforces the positive experience. This engagement shows potential guests that the host values their guests' satisfaction and provides excellent hospitality.
Addressing negative reviews is equally important. By responding thoughtfully and professionally to criticism, hosts can present their side of the story and demonstrate their commitment to improving their services. This transparency helps potential guests see that the host is proactive and dedicated to providing a high-quality experience, even in the face of challenges.

Can you delete a student review?
Students who have completed a homestay tour or booked a stay are encouraged to submit reviews based on their experiences. Please note that Homadorma cannot delete or modify student reviews.
If a negative review is received, we encourage hosts to reach out to the student to understand their concerns and address them promptly. Students can modify their review to reflect a more positive experience if the issue is resolved.
