• How do I find students near me?

  Finding students near you is easy! Here's how:

  1. Log in on Homadorma
  2. Go to Find Students page
  3. You will find all students are looking for homestays near you. Check the student profile and click CONNECT button to send your profile to the student
     Note: You need to earn the Property Verification Badge in order to connect with students
     The student will then receive your profile and be notified that your homestay is available
  4. If the student is also interested in your homestay, you will receive a booking request at My Booking

  
  
• I received an email about a student looking for a homestay near me. What should I do?

  Hosts receive automatic email notifications when new students registered nearby, so that hosts won't miss any potential opportunities.

  If you are interested in taking a new student:

  1. Click CHECK STUDENT PROFILE button in the email
  2. Log on homadorma.com as a host
  3. You will find all students are looking for homestays near you. Check the student profile and click CONNECT button to send your profile to the student

• What is Listing plan and how does it work?

  We understand that sometimes hosts feel the ‘promote my homestay’ feature is not enough. You may want to have a direct connection with potential students. Listing plan allows you to directly invite and contact up to 20 students for each month.

• How do I purchase listing plan?

  Listing plan is tied to the properties you listed on homadorma. Please follow the instruction below to purchase listing plan for your property.

  1. Log on to homadorma with your email and password
  2. Navigate to Homestay Services
  3. Find the property which you'd like purchase listing plan for, and click Edit
  4. Click Listing Plan from the left side menu
  5. Click Upgrade and follow instruction on the page to upgrade to the listing plan that you prefer
