• What is Homadorma Property Verification Badge?

  The host is required to submit a property video that displays the address of the property, the student room(s), and the shared space accessible by the student. The homestay is granted property verification badge, when the the video submitted meets homadorma standard.

• How to book a property verification?

  To book a property verification:

  1. Go to Homestay Services
  2. Click the Edit button on the property that you'd like us to verify
  3. Click the Badges to Earn link on the left menu section
  4. Click the Property Verification icon. Note you need to obtain the ID verification badge prior to earning the property verification badge
  5. Click Get started

  
  
• How do I prepare for my property verification?

  The host needs to upload a property video and high resolution property photos. It is recommended to prepare the video and photos in advance.

• Do I have to get the property verification badge to accept student booking requests?

  No, you don’t need a property verification badge to accept student bookings. However, homestays with such badges rank higher than yours and get more exposure, which leads to better chance of getting booked. Without the badge, your homestay is considered not up to homadorma standards.

• What is property verification review?

  Our staff submits a survey that documents their experience of reviewing your property video and photos submitted. Homestays are rated on a 5-point scale. The reviews are displayed publicly on homadorma
