Pause or remove my listing

• My homestay listing is paused. How do I resume my listing?

  If your listing is currently paused, and you would like to accept student booking again, it's a good idea to resume your paused listing on Homadorma. Here's how to resume your listing:

  1. Go to Homestay Services
  2. Click Edit on the property that you’d like to resume
  3. Click Listing Settings in the menu section
  4. Click the Resume button to resume your listing

• My student rooms are not available. How do I temporarily pause my listing?

  If your student rooms are not available, it's a good idea to temporarily pause your listing on Homadorma. This will mark your listing as "unavailable," and you won't receive new booking requests during this time. You can easily resume your listing when you're ready to accept new bookings. Here's how to pause your listing:

  1. Go to Homestay Services
  2. Click Edit on the property that you’d like to pause
  3. Click Listing Settings in the menu section
  4. Click the Pause button to temporarily pause your listing

• How do I permanently remove my listing?

  If you're no longer hosting students at a property you've listed, you can permanently remove your listing from Homadorma. Here's how to proceed:

  1. Go to Homestay Services
  2. Click Edit on the property that you’d like to remove
  3. Click Listing Settings in the menu section
  4. Click the Remove button. This action will permanently remove your listing, and it cannot be recovered.

• How do I delete my account on Homadorma?

  If you no longer wish to host on Homadorma and want to deactivate your account, please be aware that this action is irreversible and will result in the removal of all your listings on Homadorma. Here's how to proceed:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click the Deactivate button. Your Homadorma account will be permanently deactivated, and you will lose access to Homadorma. Please note that none of your listings or services can be recovered after deactivation
