  • I'd like to terminate booking before the end of the trial week. How do I get the security deposit back?

    First of all, submit a termination request at Booking Status. Homadorma will then allocate the fund according to Termination and Refund.

  • I'd like to terminate booking after trial week. How do I get the security deposit back?

    In Self Management, security deposit is transferred to the host after the trial week. Please contact the host directly regarding the use of your security deposit.

    In Homadorma Management, please submit a termination request at Booking Status. We will help you allocate the security deposit according to Termination and Refund.

  • My host gave my a notice to move out after trial week, what should I do?

    Double check if the host provided you a written termination notice. If so, you are required to check out within 30 days of the termination notice date. The Host is required to refund for every night after the check-out date the student does not spend in the Rented Accommodation.
