• How do I change the agent name?

  In case you'd like to change the agent’s name, you can follow the steps below:
  

  1. Login and go to Agency Profile page
  2. Delete the existing first and last name, and enter the new name
  3. Click Save Changes

• How do I change the agent email?

  In case you'd like to change the account email address, you can follow the steps below:
  

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings page
  2. Click Change at the Account Email section and follow the online instructions
  3. Click Change Email
