Jocelyn was helpful in connecting and touring. She has a very nice home, and explained several of the rules and reasonings there.

I was not able to make the tour as the room has already been taken, but Mr. Palmer kept me informed the entire time!

Nice homestay in general. There are multiple student bedrooms located in the basement level. All the rooms appear nice, clean, and cozy. Students also share a living room and a full bathroom in the basement.

It's a beautiful and modern styled condo in downtown Toronto. When I did the staff interview, the host is working on the bed and furniture assembling, so the photos for the student room will be uploaded later by the host. The room itself is bright and cozy. The bathroom is right next to the student room and it's only used by the student. The laundry is inside of the host's bedroom. The student needs to enter the host's room in order to use the washer and dryer. However, if the student prefers not to enter the host's room. There's also a laundry room inside of the condo building. If you are a male student and attend school in downtown Toronto area, this is a great option to consider!

Host is very kind and makes the place a wonderful place to stay in. Location is very good as well with bus stops nearby

The house from the outside looks a bit dated, but the inside looks nice.,I can see the hosts are taking care of it well. The hosts are nice people. Easy to talk to. It is a good homestay to choose from.
