Welcome to our family home in Toronto! We are offering a clean, comfortable, fully furnished private bedroom in the lower level of our townhouse. The space includes a private ensuite bathroom, a personal mini fridge, and access to a backyard area, providing added privacy and convenience. The kitchen is shared with our family, and shared laundry facilities are available on the upper level of the home. Meals are not included, giving guests the flexibility to prepare their own food and maintain their own schedule. We ask that guests be respectful of shared spaces, clean up after use, and help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. We are a family-oriented household with children and are looking to host a responsible, respectful, and considerate individual who is comfortable living in a family home. Our location is convenient and transit-friendly, with a bus stop just steps from the house. York University is less than a 10-minute direct bus ride away, and shopping, restaurants, parks, and other amenities are nearby.
