This condo unit offers a 1 bedroom + den (that can be used as a study room), open concept living & dining, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, ensuite laundry, and building amenities such as a fully equipped gym. Few minutes drive to Sheridan College (Trafalgar Campus), 20 mins drive to UofT Mississauga campus, steps to grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, banks & sports facilities. Price includes parking, internet, but no hydro/water utilities. Student will have to pay his/her own consumption. Looking for a mature/responsible student as suite is unoccupied/unfurnished and student will be living by him/herself.

Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO DRUGS, NO DRINKING, NO PARTYING
No overnight guests allowed (males or females).
No pets allowed.
Indoor slippers to be used inside suite. Keep the place clean and tidy.
Student agrees to provide a refundable key & security deposit of $1,000 upon moving in. The deposit should be refunded (less any damages, if any) at the end of the stay and after satisfactory inspection of the suite and all keys returned to the host.
