Hi, Welcome to my homestay. We are a welcoming, friendly family. We like to spend time with family and friends. We like meeting different people and making connections with them. I moved here when I was young and I know what is like to be away from your own family. I am very easy going, respectful, understanding, and a friendly person. I guarantee you that you will never feel alone while you are staying with us and you will enjoy your time here with me and my family as a family member. We are a family of three. I have 3 children. 1 have daughter and 2 sons. My daughter is married. My sons are 18 and 20 years old. They are very respectful and friendly too. Like other boys they like to play games too! There are four bedrooms and three full washrooms in the house. Your bedroom and washroom will be totally private. There is alarm security in the house. There is Kwantlen University 10 mins walking distance, recreation center close by, few gyms in neighborhood which are walking distances, bus routes on both main cross streets 72 Ave and 132 street. There are lots of amenities close by. All are walking distances. There is a bus loop walking distance as well. My place is very close to two parks as well. You can play basketball, soccer, tennis, etc at these parks. We are a clean family, no drinking, no smoking and no drugs. We would like to meet someone who is also clean. I would you to be respectful to me and my family, take care of furniture or anything provided, keep your room clean all the time, follow housekeeping rules as requested, you are most welcome to meet your friends outside the house, no sleeping over of your friends, no loud music and no damage to the property or anything in the house. Most important always clean up after yourself. I look forward to meeting someone with whom we can make great connections. I am open to answer questions you might have to make you feel at home.
