Welcome to my cozy and safe home! I live alone and occupy the second bedroom. After nearly 28 years of working, I have retired. We are situated in a wonderful neighbourhood, close to schools, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment is within walking distance of the Kennedy Subway station and just a few minutes away by bus. We are located near Eglinton and Midland, with frequent bus service from all directions. Additionally, a new Eglinton Crosstown LRT- a small Train line is being constructed from the Kennedy Subway station to the west. It takes approximately 30 minutes by train to reach most downtown universities. The available accommodation includes a furnished bedroom, a shared washroom, and access to the kitchen. Laundry facilities are located in the basement for an additional cost. High-speed internet is included, and a portable air conditioner is available for an extra fee, or I can provide a fan. I am an excellent choice for students because I am caring, respectful of various cultures, and always available to help. While I do not provide meals, I can offer breakfast during the initial settling-in period or for an additional payment. Please note that bookings are for one student only. I have hosted a few international students from 2024 to May 2025. ROOM ONLY FOR ONE STUDENT.
