We are a family of 3. We are located 12 minutes walk to Fairview Mall and a short walk to TTC Bus/Subway services. The newly renovated (2022) spacious downstairs bedroom is completely above ground and overlooks the backyard pool and ravine. The space is fully furnished with a hide-away double bed (Murphy bed style), and student desk. The student will have a separate entrance through the backyard, a private bathroom and access to a small home gym with exercise bike. Location: Our North York home is conveniently located to commute to several North York schools and approximately 40 minutes to downtown via TTC. Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine 0.76 KM Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy Inc. 1.19 KM Seneca College - Newnham Campus 2.77 KM Rates include all utilities, 1 parking space, access to laundry, high-speed internet, bar fridge and microwave. The student may also use the small home gym and outdoor patio space. Pool access is seasonal and to be used at students' risk and discretion.
