About Genie's family
Hosting in Surrey since 2023Meals optional. We are a family of 4. My husband and I have one university student and a 5 yr old daughter. We live in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Our house is a walking distance from a bus stop, post office and a pharmacy. We love to stay in or go outdoors when the weather is nice. We love to watch movies or stay in the backyard when weather permits. Honesty, respect, and trust are at the foundation of our family. Open lines of communication is important for us. We believe that everyone should be heard and respected. We have two rooms available. One SHARED room for $650/month. Another room for SINGLE occupancy for $850/month. There is a kitchen and shared areas for students to cook and hang out. Kitchen is shared with the host.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Please clean up after yourself, no unauthorized visitors or overnight guests, laundry once a week, no eating, slippers/shoes or wet clothes in the rooms (we will provide house slippers for the rooms :), no laundry past 9 pm
- No smoking, drugs, pets or parties. Please text or call in case of emergency or will be arriving late past 10 pm
