Hi, I am a single mom of a young girl. We have lived in Toronto our whole lives. I offer a comfortable living arrangement with some occasional cooking. I am Italian so there are always leftovers. We both lead busy lives and are not home very often. I am close to 24hr TTC access, and the new Humber Hospital and plenty of local eateries and grocery stores. I currently do not have on site laundry due to maintenance but the laundromat is within a 5 min walk (like most things here). I would prefer a female student because of the age of my child.
