Were on 11th floor and a spacious balcony & we"ll maintaned Condo fronting on a soon to rise Scarborough Subway Extension as well as a Bus Stop on the opposite sid North East side of our Condo: Coffee Shops Restaurants Groceries Banks and a very quite, peacefull and our friendly neiborghood.
