Hi my home is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood. A short walk to two buses that lead to Longueuil metro (University of Sherbrooke campus, UQAM). The other bus leads to Panama Terminal (future REM) and downtown buses during rush hour periods. I have joint custody of my 6 year old son. Who is very smart and well behaved. The door to the students room ça be locked for privacy and security. There are two full bathrooms in the house. Laundry room, High speed Internet central air conditioning and heating as well as a wood burning stove for the cold winter months. A cleaning service comes each week to clean bathrooms floors and surface dust. I am a non smoker and expect the same from other occupant. The house does not have pets. Parking is available from November to May. When I store my car for winter.
