Hello! We are a young couple in our thirties with a very active toddler son and a yellow Labrador retriever. We have successfully hosted a number of students from France, China and Vietnam. We are looking forward to doing it again, as I myself have done a few homestay programs before in Ukraine, British Columbia and Quebec. We look forward to offering a rich cultural experience to our student by welcoming them into our home.

Breakfast	Host prepares breakfast for student eggs, toast, an apple/banana or orange, overnight oats, yogurt, pancakes on the weekend occasionally

House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
Please be respectful of our quiet hours at night. We have a toddler son who sleeps by 7pm and wakes up at 6:30am so we are looking for a quiet tenant who does not engage in loud behaviour in our home, especially at night. As well, we are looking to host someone who is respectful of our space (tidies up after themselves and is respectful of our property). We look forward to working with the tenant to come up with meal plans so they enjoy the meals and eat what they put on their plate.
