We are a working family of five with children in elementary and high school. We have tenants who are students living in the attached basement. We offer independent living space in a detached coach house with your private bedrooms, shared 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, in suite washer & dryer, and internet; suitable for 2 students sharing.
