Hello, welcome to my homestay! I am semi-retired with an empty nest. I used to travel a lot and love to learn about new cultures. My children usually visit me during holiday, so most of the time the house is quiet. The front yard and back yard flowers blossom from spring to autumn. My house is clean, bright and beautiful, and the spacious patio you can enjoy throughout all seasons. The mattress and bedding in all student rooms are super comfortable. Room 1 is on the ground floor and has a separate independent shower room. Room 2 and Room 3 are on the upper floor and share a bathroom which is clean and bright. My house is only 3 minute walk to the bus stop that arrives about every 15 minutes, which takes you to King George Skytrain, SFU Surrey and KPU Surrey in about 20-30 minutes, the house is not far from grocery, restaurant and library. I like to treat any students who stay with me like one of my family. I look forward to welcoming you to my home.
