We are caring family and have had an experience doing homestay in the past but elementary/high school students. Our place is very close to the bus stop, is public transit accessible, near to the malls, high schools, nearest universities are Kwantlen, Trinity, University of Fraser Valley. We are professionals and have a high regard and respect to students exploring other places to learn.

Strictly no smoking and drinking in the premises. No super late entrance to the premise like past midnight. Visitors are allowed once in a while but not sleeping with the homestay. Strictly no pets.
