Near Central Hight SCHOOL, Assumption High School & Burlington Mall. There is independent walkout basement and enjoy the study room and bathroom by yourself. We are traditional Chinese family, non smokers and non alcoholic, friendly and enjoy reading, music and outdoor activities, hiking, biking and running, 13 years old daughter and 11 years old son, they play piano, we locate at very quiet and safe community, 1 mins walking distance to a big park where you can walk to lakeshore and city hall, shopping mall, with a long trail for biking and running; Public school bus pick you up to nearby schools, 10 mins bus distance to GoTrain station and several public bus routes convenient for traffic.
