About Jon's family
Hosting in Toronto since 2022

Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are close the the 401 and 400 highways and approximately 15km from the centre of downtown. Our closest TTC station is a 10 min bus ride away at lawrence west station. We are located quite close to Toronto’s biggest mall, Yorkdale. Our neighbourhood is most known for a large bakery that is about a 2 minute walk on east from us on the same street, Rustic Bakery; which has been a staple and hub of our neighbourhood for over 30 years. There are many parks near by and one large one Maple Leaf Park which is directly accessed from our backyard. This park has tennis and basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a pond and a playground. My wife, Anita and I are health enthusiasts, interested in fitness and strength training. We've recently adopted a predominantly plant based diet, and both try to work out daily. Our 3 children are 8, 6 and 4. They all attend school within a couple blocks of our house, and Anita as well as myself work within a 1km radius of our house. I teach at a local High school and my wife teachers at an elementary school. It is a grea choice for students because of it's location and proximity to schools and TTC transit but also because it is home to 2 teachers, who encourage learning and are great examples of what can be achieved with hard work and dedication.
