My home is quiet and beautiful. I have great neighbours and a lovely park at front door. I am a semi-retired fashion designer and I work out of my basement. There are a few business' only a block away for pizza by the slice or 7 Eleven, a great Japanese restaurant, and East Indian restaurant. There are bus stops in every direction. I am looking for someone who is quiet, mature, appreciates artsy things, loves learning, studious and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. I go to bed early and wake early. I am flexible on food costs and can discuss.

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
I prefer someone studious and kind. I would set a curfew during school week and if going out to events on weekend a time can be set to accommodate your event. I am a designer and artist so I am usually working at home on different projects. During weekdays, I have a curfew of 11 pm and unfortunately no overnight visitors. I will have family gatherings on some special occasions that you will be encouraged to be a part of or if I am invited to one - you will are welcome to come. If there is anything I have missed in this discussion please feel free to ask me.
