Hi there I am Marc we live in a four bedroom large house myself and my retired mother. It is one minute from the bus service and 7 minutes from Seneca College Newham campus. My mother stays at home retired and serve in the weekend in the church as well as during the week she visit her family members. I work from home three days and the rest of the week I work north of the city from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Very quite & private as we go to bed early by 9:00 pm.

Strictly no cleaning service. If you use it, you MUST clean it.
You cook for yourself all the time except after 9:00 pm no cooking as no need for smell. But, you can use the kitchen all the time.
Must keep your space (personal room) clean always, hygiene is a must to avoid flies and unwanted pets.
No time restrictions , no curfews you can leave and come as any time.
Follow on-going rules for winter and summer to maintain house clean and in order. (Summer cleaning/ spring watering/ winter salting & use of recycle bins)
