There is an 11pm quiet rule in the building and a 10 pm cut off for doing laundry. It is a non smoking building and no pets. I only ask that we both tidy up in the main living area and try to keep foods in the kitchen/ dining area not in our bedrooms.

On the weekends my grandson will visit in the evening. He is 16 months old.
