Hello! My name is Cheryl and I would like to share my home with a student. My sons (22 and 20) live nearby and stay with me every other weekend. They are friendly, respectful and enjoy meeting new people. I work in the cultural sector and my sons are pursuing independent creative projects. My apartment is well situated in a safe neighbourhood along transit lines (bus and subway) and is close to shops, restaurants and libraries. High Park and the Humber River Valley are within walking and cycling distance.

House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
No smoking or drug use is allowed; alcohol consumption in moderation only. Overnight guests can be accommodated, on occasaion, with advance notice. I expect the homestay student to be respectful and to keep their room clean, in addition to helping keep the shared spaces (e.g. washroom, ktichen and dining room) of the apartment tidy.
