Also close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping at SQ1 / Rockwood Mall. One parking included as well. Description: Beautiful Spacious Clean room. with storage and necessities. The room is located upstairs in our home and nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, with trees and flowers. The room is spacious and bright. Will have own full bathroom and shared laundry room. Use of kitchen and family room also included. NON SMOKING and no hard smells.
