I am a UofT alumni in the software industry. I was a former TA back in undergrad and grad studies so I can give advice and tips on how to get the most out of your university experience! The neighbourhood is the heart of Little Italy! Steps away from many great restaurants. 10 minutes walk to a public library and parks. Few minutes walk to either 505 or 506 TTC transit. 10 minutes walk to groceries. 22 minutes walk to UofT. The basement apartment (currently unavailable) is a legal unit with separate entrance complete with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. The room on the second floor is nice and cozy. You would be sharing the second floor kitchenette and bathroom with a male renter on the second floor.
