Hosting in Vancouver since 2021

We are Filipino Canadian, which has 3 married children, My daughter and her family live in the ground floor suite which has their own privacy, my home student live in the upper floor. We are hosting international for more than 20 years. Our house are very close to groceries, park & library, Bus stop is just half block away from our house and, only 20 mins away from downtown Vancouver .We don't expect long term commitment we preferred at least 3 to 6 months stay.
