About Jerome's family
Hosting in Etobicoke since 2021We are a Vietnamese Canadian family. We are working as Healthcare Professionals in Etobicoke. Our children are studying at an University in Toronto and our neighborhood's surrounding Catholic Schools. We love meeting People from Different Countries and we want to help Students Succeed. Our family provides Homestay, Meals, and Guardian to Overseas and Domestic Students. Our Home is located in the upscale charming Sunnylea Neighborhood – Close to Royal York Rd and Bloor St intersection; Steps from Royal York Subway Station, Bus Stops, Brentwood Library, Kingsway Shops, Grocery stores, great Restaurants, walk-in Clinics, Pool, Ice Rink, Goodlife Fitness, Hiking Trails, and Parks. Walking distance from Bishop Allen Academy and Etobicoke Collegiate; Bus rides to Martin Grove Collegiate, Michael Power, Silverthorn Collegiate, Father John Redmond; Easy access to Airport, Mississauga, Downtown Toronto, U of T, Humber College, Ryerson, York.

House rules
1. No parties or events
2. Only registered homestay students. No visitors are allowed without permission.
3. Home curfew hours: 12:00 p. m. - 6:00 a. m. No exception unless discussed in advance.
4. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
5. No smoking, vaping, using drugs, cannabis or marijuana.
6. No alcohol.
7. No weapon(s) or hazardous materials are allowed to be brought into the house.
8. Clean the kitchen after cooking, wash cookware and kitchenware after usage. Otherwise, you are going to be charged $50 per time for cleaning fee.
9. Keep the room and shared space clean and tidy as the same as when you come. Otherwise, you are going to be charged $50 on Sundays for cleaning fee.
10. Waste must be put in correct disposal bins. The small bin under the sink is for organic waste.
11. Turn lights off and close the room and the house doors when away. All windows and doors must be closed while the furnace or the AC turned on.
12. Avoid making any excessive noise. Noise complaint can make your reservation can be cancelled without any refund.
13. Personal property loss: tenants are personally responsible for personal belongings left in. Tenants' personal belongings and value are not insured by the house owner against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other causes. The house owner shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages to or loss of the tenants.
