Please be respectful of late nights coming home without notifying your homestay host, only one studding friends allowed, no friend late evening or sleep over.
Keep your living space clean at all times. Bedroom and after bathroom showering including face basin, toilet, kitchen table, wash your utensils after your meals and keep preparing food areas clean. No loud shouting and using swearing words directly when speaking to me, or when speaking loud on your phone. Don't interfered with the electrical systems in the home.

I'm a respectful family lady with grandchildren an a live in family, and family that will visit and spend short time in my home. I don't supply laundry detergent and your personal body hygiene.

Kitchen using is as a kitchenette: Including Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Small Fridge and dinning table. No Food allowed in the bedroom.
