House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
There are a number of rules that I expect to be followed, which are:
-Adhering to a common-space cleaning schedule (light clean up after you use a common space)
-I have a very clean and organized home and expect it to stay that way
-Due to COVID-19 and Provincial/Municipal Protocols, guests are not allowed
-A curfew of 11pm (you are more than welcome to stay out longer but this needs to be communicated)
-No food items left in rooms overnight (all cups and plates to be cleaned before bedtime; no leaving dishes in sink overnight)
-Very quiet home, so being mindful of noise levels (phone calls, laptops, tv) is very important!
