About MaryAnn's family
Hosting in Toronto since 2020We are located in one of Toronto's trendiest neighbourhoods. We are in walking distance to public transportation, bars, restaurants, shops, parks and schools in the core of downtown Toronto. We are in walking distance to Toronto’s famous Queen Street West, Dundas Street West and Ossington Street. It is a very safe neighbourhood with public transportation only 5 minutes away. We are a young university-educated, professional couple. We speak Canadian English fluently. We are friendly active people who love to travel and meet new people and learn about other cultures. MaryAnne has been an elementary school teacher with the Toronto District School Board for the past 10 years and she has taught ESL in Korea. Mubeat is a business professional who has lived and studied abroad and who has used homestays in her travels and education. Some of our hobbies include playing soccer and tennis, reading, painting and socializing with friends and family. We both work a lot and are often busy outside of the home so our homestay is best suited to mature and independent students or professionals. We cannot provide meals due to our schedules but you are welcome to share the basement kitchen with one other student . It is just the two of us in our home and there are no children and no pets. We can host up to three students. Our home is bright, spacious and clean. In your room, you will have a window, mirror, bed, desk, lamp, and a place to put your clothing. You will have unlimited wi-fi, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom and shared laundry facilities.
