House rules will be included in the contract after booking
If you don’t need meals you need to contact me before 4;00 pm for dinner and lunch of the day after
if you dont need meal include rent you can shared kitchen with some housemates
laundry 1 time per week on sunday
no guest overnight
.NO DRUG AND CANABIS ,WEED SMOKE ,
you can have friend come visit but not more than 1 times a week from 11am to 8 pm . no party no noisy to disturb other rooms ., respect privacy of people , good manner
your family can come to visit you and shared the room with extra cost if they wish (it will be charge weekly room without meal )
please feel free and comfortable in our home to share with you a lot of experience and memory in canada .
