Our home is located one block from famous Kitsilano Beach. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, it is an ideal location! We have been hosting students from around the world for a number of years. We have also lived in many countries. Homestay father can speak Japanese, Homestay mother can speak Spanish. We like to cook healthy food and have a happy household. Your room is private, with an ensuite private bathroom so that you do not share. Our goal is to have students who have a positive, happy, and safe experience while in Canada! We enjoy hiking, camping, soccer, music, board games, and community events. We have lived in many countries over the years and always enjoy sharing culture and ideas.

Breakfast	Host provides material, student prepares own breakfast Toast, Fruit, Cereal, Yougurt, Eggs. Hot breakfast on weekends like pancakes, omelettes, eggs and bacon.
Lunch	Host prepares lunch for student Sandwich, Rice and Vegetables, Pasta, Salads plus fruit and perhaps chips
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student We like to eat a variety of foods - chicken and rice, pasta, tofu, fish, stir fries, Thai, Italian, Latin/Mexican. We like to experiment and try different things. We often have a nice salad with dinner. Sometimes there is also dessert
