About Anita's family

Hello my name is Anita and I live in Richmond Hill with my husband and we are looking for 2 students to occupy two of our bedrooms upstairs. We live in a beautiful home with our university attending daughter. I am an ESL teacher and my husband is a tool die mechanist. We live in a 2200sq. ft. beautiful home and will provide you with a beautiful bedroom, bath room, high speed internet, TV, meals (love to cook) every day and have access to the whole house. We are minutes from Bayview and Elgin Mills and Yonge Street and the bus/viva is right across of us and we are very close to shopping. Right now we have 2 professionally redecorated bedroom, with bedroom furniture, and closets. We charge $1500.00 CND., which covers all major room and board expenses (food, including internet/cable, laundry and utilities etc.) If guardianship is required, there will be an additional one time yearly charge of $1500.00 CND depending on age of child. We have a nice laundry room to do your laundry etc. The entire house is supplied by Wi-Fi (high speed internet). Laundry facility and high definition cable TV is available. Beautiful deck leading to the backyard. Individual must be friendly, honest, and should not smoke and most of all clean hygiene. Must have a good personality, and must be a clean person/independent, social and must clean thier bedroom on a regular basis. Individual(s) need to be able to travel to school independently and wake up on time. Pick-up/drop off from the airport needs to be done independently. If you are interested please contact me.
