About Serena's family
Hosting in Vancouver since 2020Our house is located in Arbutus area in a quiet residential area. We are a few blocks from 16 Ave with buses Route 33 to UBC (15 min), to York House ,Little Flower Academy and ST.John school with car (5 min) and to downtown with bus Route 2(25 min). We’re also a short walk from the Choicemarkets , with shops, restaurants and a community center. Our house has 3 storeys, and the room we have available is on the basement. The room has a window and a nice carpet floor. It is furnished with a bed, linens, closet, chair, and desk. The bathroom is private. We are a professional couple with one school-aged girl. We are looking for someone who is independent and respectful of our home. It would be ideally suited to two students who need a quiet room to relax and/or study. The monthly fee is $2400, and this includes all utilities (heat, electricity, water) as well as access to laundry facilities and WiFi. We don’t expect a long-term commitment, although someone who can stay at least 3 to 6 months would be preferred. The fee would be month-to-month from the start, with 1/2-month security deposit and 1-month notice. Including upper .
