No smoking or vaping indoors. No drugs or alcohol permitted in the property. No parties or loud music.
Visitors with host approval only. No sleepovers or overnight guests. No pets.
No outside shoes inside the house.
Please be considerate and keep noise down after 11:00 pm.
Clean after yourself and keep tidy shared spaces such as washrooms, kitchens and common areas.
Laundry once a week only.
