We are conscientious and caring and enjoy hosting people in our home. Our house is located in a family-oriented area near many parks. The room available offers private space with a full bath, furnished living room, wet bar, a small fridge, and separate entrance. There is free parking on the street. Overall, the living spaces offered are private and comfortable for study and rest. In terms of transit, the bus loop is a 5 to 10 minute walk and takes you to Skytrain and into Vancouver within 45 minutes. We are also near Trinity Western University, Kwantlen Polytech University and Simon Fraser University, as well as many secondary high schools. There are also many amenities nearby, such as a Recreational Centre, Events Centre, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
