LOCATION!!! We’re in a fabulous location which is close to lots of community facilities. We’re 5 minutes away from shoppers, Gerrard Square Mall, Royal Bank, TD bank and Scotiabank. 10 minutes to Greenwood subway station on foot. There has stops of bus and streetcar outside the door. 24 minutes to Eaton Centre and downtown by TTC. You just need to walk for 2 minutes to the Pizza Pizza and Laundry & Drycleaners & Hair design and SPA store. 5 minutes to Greenwood Park, Dog park and swimming pool on foot. Nearby schools: Lovenotes School of Music, St. Patrick Christian Secondary School, Ryerson University, Goge Brown Collge etc. Here also has a lot of restaurants such as Indian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Utopia restaurants, Italian restaurants etc. We are 22 minutes away from Woodbine Beach and Ashbridges Bay by TTC or 30 minutes by foot. We now have 3 rooms available. the fee of 2 upper rooms: no meals: CAD$1100 breakfast only: CAD$1300 All 3 meals included: CAD$1600 The fee of 1 whole unit basement: CAD$1800
