About Jae's family
Hosting in Winnipeg since 2019My name is Jae, and I work full time at an institution in my city as an Operations Coordinator, and at an Orthopedics Centre as a Microbiologist/Biosafety Officer. I am born here in Canada and fluent in English. I'm also Filipino, but I can only understand Tagalog. I am also learning Deutsch . I love meeting new people and learning about all their experiences. I enjoy seeing my friends as much as I can, which generally entails going out for food or drinks, going to local festivals, or even out for cabin trips. I love to cook and take care of my plants. I'm extremely easy going, laid back and have been told I get along with all kinds of personalities. I have hosted many students before outside of Homadorma, and have been doing so since 2016. This is a big home, with three floors (basement, main and upstairs). Everyone in the home gets along very well and get together once in a while to hang out. Everyone is very respectable and will give you space if you prefer it. - Rent includes: Heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, wifi (300mbps download) and usage of our Netflix streaming service. - BBQ in the back for use. - Students may join me on my drive to the grocery store if desired. - Students may join me when I go out to the mall, restaurants and other activities if desired. - If need assistance, I can assist where to get a phone number, bus passes, and anything else that may be needed. - Area is highly sought after and very popular with young adults. Many coffee shops, restaurants and places to party are walking distance. - Bus stop is 20 seconds away from the home. - in addition to monthly rent, a $350 security deposit is required to book. Two girls and two boys currently live here. Two are in school and are working, the other two are just working.

Clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen. Feel free to use any part of the house. If you want to invite friends over, also feel free to do so! As long as nothing is very chaotic and disruptive, most things are generally fine. LGBT friendly.
