Please keep our home secure and make sure the front door is locked when leaving and re-entering.
Feel free to use the kitchen, dishes, cookware, cutlery but please wash & dry them BY HAND and put them away in the proper cupboard or drawer.
Due to individual preferences and sensitivities of other members of the household, I would ask that guests refrain from cooking dishes with strong odours.
No kitchen use allowed after 8PM.
No food or drink (except water) allowed in rooms.
Please maintain cleanliness everywhere and respect for other members of the household at all times. Be considerate of the next person who will use the common areas.
Please do not invite strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please discuss with me first. No overnight guests are allowed.
Please RESPECT the premises at all times and do your part to MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS. Please use water, electricity and wifi responsibly.
