Welcome! Bienvenue! :) My home is located in the city of Toronto in the neighbourhood of Dufferin Grove. I live alone, no pets and my home is a very relaxing and peaceful environment. In fact, I’m mostly out either at work or doing stuff so usually you’ll have the place to yourself. 1 min walk to the bus stop or streetcar stop. 1 min walk to Dufferin Mall. 5-7 min walk to Dufferin subway station. My students loved the convenient location so much they ended up staying longer than anticipated. Come stay and see for yourself.

Just a few house rules:
- Always lock the door upon entering or leaving the house. Opened windows must be shut when not at home.
- Never leave anything on the stove unattended. Always turn on kitchen range hood if cooking.
- Clean up after yourself, this includes your own room, after meal prep and the bathroom. Turn on bathroom exhaust fan when bathing.
- Please inform me if you plan on having a guest.
- Relax and enjoy your time in Canada!
