1, 2 or 3 luxurious bedrooms in a newly renovated home. Suitable for a small family or friends travelling together. Dedicated for professionals, teaching staff or mature female students. Ladies are preferred, unless a couple or family or group to include the guys. No pets, no smoking, no crazy parties. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, night table, small closet, shelving unit, desk & mirror. bright , wooden furniture with a musical theme. Bedroom 2: Big Day bed, 2 night table/ set of drawers, medium closet, desk, white furniture with a turquoise theme. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 2 night tables, vanity with mirror, large closet, white furniture with a paris/ floral theme. All have *Big windows and beautiful views. *Access to a full washroom for each. *pantry ( coffee machine , fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cook top, water kettle & lots of plates & cutlery) * laundry *garage/or outside parking : 4 available . ( depends on availability) - if not, plenty of permitted parking on the streets nearby. *backyard & balcony, common TV room, Dinning room ** Coffee machine in each room 🤗 Entrance with a coded lock. 1 block of stairs. Prime location on a quite intersection. Across from pond view hiking trails, close to bus stop, Walking distance to many groceries, restaurants, fitness centres, spas, department stores... etc. Close to the mall, Sheridan college, 2 hospitals. 45 min to Niagara Falls. Can rent 1 or more rooms ( bedrooms 1 & 2 have a shared bathroom with a jack & Jill access suitable for family members or close friends. ** bedroom 2 will be last one to rent, so most likely bedroom 1 will have private bathroom
