About Maria's family
Hosting in Scarborough since 2019Our family ( Husband & Wife) is very easy going and friendly. We love meeting new people and learning about their culture. Our hobbies include watching movies, and taking road trips to new places. TTC transit Bus stop is just a steps away. Grocery stores, Walmart, pharmacy and community centre are nearby. There is also a beautiful park behind the house. We live in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. 3 meals per day. Unlimited fast speed wireless internet, laundry facilities (student washes their own clothing). 2 shared Bathrooms. There are 3 student bedrooms each with a bed, desk, chair - clean bedding, towels and pillows are included.

Students are responsible for the tidiness of their bedrooms. Laundry facilities are available for use. We do not accept smokers. We expect students to treat our home with respect as we also endeavour to treat them with respect.
House rules can be shared further when booking. We expect students to try their best to always speak English and ask questions, or seek help when they need it.
