Hosting in Toronto since 2019My Homestay is in one of Toronto’s most popular and safest neighbourhoods, minutes to the Eaton Centre via public transit and also to all central/downtown schools (Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU, formerly Ryerson), University of Toronto, Humber College (International Campus), George Brown and many language schools). Walking distance to schools in the Yonge/Eglinton area, including Northern Secondary School and North Toronto Collegiate. I have several years of experience hosting students from around the world, including students on exchange from their home universities as well as students just beginning their post-secondary education and those in graduate programs. Here is a brief description of each room: Bedroom 1 has a double loft bed (raised off the ground), large L-shaped desk, closet, tall bookcase and some open shelves that are good for holding makeup. In Bedroom 2, open cubes separate the sleeping and study areas from a living space with a comfortable sofa (great for reading and for napping). Bedroom 3 is the largest and most private room. With a sofa, single bed, hide-away desk, 6-drawer dresser and easy access to the back door, this room is like a separate apartment within a house. The kitchen/dining room has a glass ceiling, which fills the space with natural light. I provide everything you need to cook, except your food.
