We will work together to see what you like. I am open to trying a variety of meals and to letting you cook if that’s what you prefer. NOTE: I can provide lunch for a small additional fee but all of my students prefer to buy their own lunch. There are so many inexpensive and great places to choose from in every part of Toronto.

Self-Introduction:
    Self-Introduction:

Welcome to my home in one of Toronto’s most popular and friendly neighbourhoods. Beautiful tree-lined streets. One of the few homestays you will find that is close to downtown Toronto. Great transportation to almost every school.

I was born in Canada. My English is perfect. I will help you improve your language skills and even proofread essays for you.

My home is open to you. You are welcome to play the piano, relax in the Living Room, work at the kitchen table… or, if you prefer quiet study, all student rooms have desks, lots of bookshelves and storage for all your belongings.

Here is the description of the bedrooms (see the pictures):

Both upstairs rooms have Loft Beds (raised off the ground) to give you the most usable living space.
The desks are under the beds.
Both have two dressers to hold lots of clothing.

One upstairs bedroom has a double bed, large L-shaped desk, closet, tall bookcase and some open shelves that are good for holding makeup.

The other upstairs bedroom has a living area with a small sofa, carpet, table and a TV. I don’t have cable but the TV is good if you like to connect your computer or if you have a gaming system. The sofa is nice if you like privacy but don’t always want to sit at a desk. My son fell asleep there many times.

The basement bedroom is large and bright with a high ceiling. It has a comfortable single bed and a long desk that can fold up against the wall. There are two bookcases and a closet with shelves. I store a few boxes in the room but they are out of the way. Seating includes an executive desk chair and a two-seater sofa... in purple.

I have two cats. Oscar is 12 and Pi is 13. They are confined to certain areas of the house and will never go in your room if you keep the door closed. Leave it open… you might find them on your bed.

I will drive you places when I can… like to school… And pick you up when it is raining or when it gets dark earlier.

Please contact me if you have any questions about my Homestay or about Toronto.

Regulations:
    Regulations:
Only accept female students
Only accept students between 15-29 years old
I don't accept smokers
A few rules:

The cats stay inside.

No smoking, no drinking, no drugs. Never. Any of those will end our agreement immediately.

I believe excellent communication resolves all problems.

I like to know where you are and what time you will be home. I worry. You will know where I am too.
