About Ruth's family
Hosting in Surrey since 2019We are a family of 4 plus one furry friend "Miney" (a well-trained, clean and quiet cat). I and my husband are a working couple with 2 children- our son and daughter will be attending University in the other province/City so only us will be home. Although our daughter may come by for a visit on weekends. We love nature, value health, and like to explore other cultures' cuisine. We like a quiet and organized home. We treat others with respect, loving and open communication. Our home is a walking distance (5 minutes ) of bus stops #320,502, 395 & 503, grocery stores, health clinics, library, recreation center and parks. A full bathroom will be shared between you and another occupant.

We treat you as our family. We do like open communication either what you like us to do for you or for yourself.
Staying out later than 11 pm or very late at night, especially in winter-you can always talk to us, inform or let us know openly of your plan so we won't worry as you are still part of our home and our family.
My ad has no meal plan provided but you can openly communicate to us and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your meal needs when necessary at some day/s.
You are welcome to use our kitchen (at agreed days and time) and utensils, just making sure it will be used with care, keep it clean and organized daily.
No parties, no drugs, clean up after yourself in any common area that you use.
