Hi, we are a small family with a very large, very beautiful house. The student would get their own double room with two large windows, a huge bathroom with marble floor, tub and separate shower, desk, four large closets, and very charming high quality furniture (new queen bed, several antique dressers), and high quality bed linens and pillows. It's basically luxury accommodation :). I work for the government, my 11-year old daughter and pup are very well behaved, and we live with our friend, Stephen who lives downstairs and has a 'small footprint'. You would have use of the whole house and yards - we have a full-size tennis court that lights up at night, and an in-ground pool, and lots of terraces and nooks. There are lots of trees and birds on our 1-acre lot - yet we're just 20 seconds from the main road and bus stop.
