A spacious furnished room in a clean and quiet house. Shared washroom with one other person. Must be clean and responsible individual. We have hosted International students for a number of years, and currently have 1 student. Parking on street available. Our house is a 3 minute walk to express bus route to downtown. Ideal for U of W or Red River College downtown campuses or language programs. Close to grocery stores (Safeway, Dollarama, Superstore, Sobeys) within walking distance. Rent includes all utilities such as hydro, water, central air, Wifi and laundry We have a large friendly dog that enjoys having people around as much as we do!
