I have been hosting international homestay students for four years now. We cater mostly to Asian students and I have mostly Korean students staying in my home the last 4 years.

Our home is about 2 minutes bus ride from Kennedy Subway Station or you can simply walk about 5 minutes to get to the station. There is a plaza behind our house that has Dollar Tree, Shoppers drugmart, No Frills, TD bank etc.

Only accept female students
Only accept students between 16-35 years old
No smoking inside the house
We do have simple house rules that needs to be followed by the student in order to keep the household clean and clutter free which will
Be discussed on move-in date. We also require patience as I have a 4 years old daughter who plays in the house and could get loud sometimes. However she's a doll and gets along easily with my previous students.
